DATE: September 4th - September7th CHECK-IN:On Friday and Saturday night, Check-In will be at Camp Site 1 , which is just off the Cabin Camp 1 parking lot. Check-In on Sunday will be held at the usual Check-In Station in the front of the Cabin Camp 1 parking lot. CHECK-OUT: 12 pm, September 7th (Monday) Cost Notice:Send your sheets to the ST's before August 15th and get 5 bucks off! Camp Site 1 is on the same side of the park as Camp site 4, infact, it is passed on the way to Camp site 4. There will be only character sheet issued per player. All items cards will be checked and stamped. CHARACTER SHEETS: For pre-registeration, please have your Storytellers e-mail an updated character sheet in Grapevine (.gex) or a formatted text file (.doc, .txt., .rtf) no later than August 15th to:beltaine@novalarps.org EVENT FEE: $30.00 with preregistration $35.00 at the door. You folks get over 60 hours of prime larpage. (There is no additional charge for overnight accommodations, see below for more info.)

| Take 95/395 South Exit 152 (234 Dumfries Road) At the end of the exit ramp make a right onto 234 West Stay on 234 till you see the "Travel Trailer Village" It will be on a National Park sign. The next road will be Mt. Pleasant Drive. Look for "Cabin Camps 1 & 4" sign. Make a left onto Mt. Pleasant Drive, follow it to the end. Park your car, don't drive past the Check-in booth. |

| Alternate suggestions |
| Unfornately, there is really only alternate route and that is route 1 when 95 gets back up. Trust me it gets backed up. The back is the worst at the dumfies/ weighing station/ triangle area. However the good news is that most exits off of I-95 will take you to route 1. However if you are coming from the west (dulles) there is no alternate route, but there will be little traffic. |
